GS15b 
Tetrode 
The GS15B tetrode is used for wideband power amplification at
frequencies up to 1000 MHz in RF equipment. In spite of its maximum frequency ratings, this
tube produces in excess of 300W output at 23cm without any sign of thermal drift! Empirically
gathered data initially indicating 23cm possibilities of the GS15B is shown at
